The Q37 Series Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine cleans and strengthens small castings, forgings, and steel parts in foundry,construction, chemical, and automotive industries. It removes sand, scale, and oxide from small-batch components and heat-treated parts, even delicate thin-walled items.
The Spinner Double Hanger Hook Machine handles castings, forgings, and small metal parts. Large pieces hang directly on hooks;small parts use fixtures. Hooks move via T/Y overhead rails into the chamber, where workpieces rotate to receive steel shot from side-mounted wheels. The chamber’s "hot area" (high-abrasion zone) is protected by Mn alloy liners. After 3–5 mins of blasting,parts exit via rails.
